Lufthansa adds London-Frankfurt service

Lufthansa is launching a new service from London Gatwick to Frankfurt.

The new twice daily service to Frankfurt is being introduced on 30 October to coincide with the start of the winter 2011/12 timetable.

Flights will be operated with 120-seater Boeing 737-500 aircraft in a two-class configuration.

With this additional flight, Lufthansa will operate a total of 111 weekly flights to Frankfurt from London Gatwick, Heathrow and London City.
